Just came in and saw a cockroach freely running across the room. Bathroom was dirty. Took my stuff and went to another hotel.

Good thing:
Price is very cheap, location is very good (near train station), staff is very nice and friendly.
Bad thing:
No elevator, we have to use stairs. The surrounding area is very dark especially at night.
