Typical Japanese budget business hotel worth about 80-100 USD/ night. We stayed for 4 nights. It just served the purpose. Service, nothing great but you can see the intent of employees to help you despite being language gap. Only problem bed size. King-size bed is little smaller than queen. So any kind of room cat you take, it’s good for 2 people maximum and with one piece of luggage that you can keep on carpeted clean floor. For family, increase the budget pls....

Comfortable room though overheated for my liking. Goid breakfast buffet. Lunch cared in Nishishinjuku which is only 1 stop from Shinjuku. Great location for gazing upwards at skyscrapers.

It's located in a good location near train station, the stuff is so helpful. Last week we are two reach the Hotel and ask for help from the front desk stuff on calling the Limousine bus for seat reservation, this young lady she is so so helpful and patience in helping us due to we can't speak Japanese. We find the hotel having such stuff in front desk make it even more perfect. We are highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Note: First time in Japan. Been thorough Hong Kong before.
Note2: I go on business trip so my company paid my expense do can't comment on value.
Locating in very nice position, few minutes walk from Nishi Shinjuku station. Have restaurant and 24/7 convenient store nearby.
The room size is compact I sleep with extra bed 2 people in room. And it's quite full (Asian people size). But come with all necessary stuff. Towel. Soap. Shampoo. Toothbrush. Have sleeping suit. Have an iron.
Breakfast is superb. [See pic]

Customer service is excellent: very helpful and friendly. The room is somewhat small, but not more so than other hotels we've stayed at in Tokyo. I prefer "cozy." The room is clean, well kept, and well furnished, with a nice hot water kettle and a comfortable bed. My biggest complaint is that the elevators and, to a lesser extent, the hallways leading to the rooms, smell quite smokey. Fortunately, the rooms are well ventilated and the smell doesn't seep in at all. When we first arrived the air in the room was a bit stale, but turning on the AC and cracking the window cleared that right up. For what it's worth, I'm very sensitive to cigarette smell---we switched hotels in Shanghai because of it---so if that is also a concern of yours, know that I slept well here!
