A very good hotel for its price. After staying here five times, I still stand by my initial review of this place. While the 'quality' itself of this hotel is closer to 4 or 4.5 stars, I was able to get a twin room on a Sunday night for under 5000 yen. I am certain that that price is unbeatable in this area of Tokyo, around Tokyo station, for this quality. The rooms were very clean every time I visited, the reception- well, could be better but still about 4 stars, not much to complain really.
The one thing you COULD complain about this place is its Wi-Fi connection speed. 0.65Mbps upload/ 0.17Mbps download. But as long as you're not torrenting or playing an MMORPG in this hotel, you should be just fine.

Stayed for 5 days, rooms are small like typical Japanese business hotels. Unfortunately got a room in a smoking floor and did not find it comfortable enough. It was very close to our client's Office though.

The rooms are super tiny, but otherwise everything you need is there. Room service don't know English.

Buffet was delicious, cheap and with a good amount of variety. Touted as a buffet with healthy food, which is nice as well. I left feeling full but not sick. Atmosphere was nice and servers were attentive. Would visit again!

Car parking is not good. You must put your car key at front desk. However others are very good. Service is especially incredible.
