Clean and spacious room, with guest laundrymat, great location, next to subway and supermarket, next to Tokyo Skytree, nice view, highly recommend.
The first time we arrived, was a bit of puzzle, we thought the reception was at the lobby or the first floor, but it was not, no sign to pint to it, turned out it was on the 5th. floor, but no hassle to figuring this part out :)

Nice amenities and convenient location, both for Skytree and other places around Tokyo. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good.

Another wonderful Richmond Hotel. Rooms are squeaky clean, views are nice and the location is perfect. Quiet but connected. Service is great ! Showers are high pressure .
Things to consider that I didn’t penalize a star for :
* Food and beverage needs improvement - Sizzler is not acceptable here in the US or anywhere for such a nice hotel. No worries there is a massive dining complex 50 steps away in the adjacent building to Skytree!
* Charging for an early Check in when it could be accommodated would keep me away if I knew I was landing early. That’s a silly policy
Overall great ! This is one of Richmond’s finest and Richmond is a very good brand in Tokyo.

The location is good, right by the sky tree! A little away from central. The staff were very welcoming and lovely. I also received a free sample pack of bath salt and lotions. The room was impeccable, clean and felt luxurious. 5/5

I love staying at the Richmond Hotel Premier Tokyo Oshiage. It's conveniently located near so many things to do &places to visit. The bus, taxi & railways are right there with a police substation too. Everyone in the hotel have been so nice, helpful & wonderful to our family. The room was big enough for all of us to sleep comfortably & they made sure we didn't go without anything during our stay. We plan on coming back again as soon as we're able.
