We had three nights at the Rings Royal and enjoyed our stay immensely. The service was impeccable, the bed was very comfortable and of course a big bathroom which had my wife swooning with joy. The only very minor matter I would address is allowing a couple of English speaking programs to be aired on the room TV. CNN was shown but this was dubbed over in Japanese, having said that watching Japanese programmes is a blast

Great rooms and suites, most spacious in Tokyo for the price. Clean and quite, next to a university and a couple of parks perfect for a jog. Not the most convenient location but closer to subway (Waseda) and the hotel has a shuttle to take you to the nearest JR station. About a 10 minute can ride to Shinjuku or Ikebukuro shopping and food. Strongly recommended. Only down side, the breakfast is the same everyday!

Staff attitude is really bad, I was really surprised. I'm never going back again. I prefer a cheap ryokan than going back to this hotel.

Lobby is not as air conditioned as I would want, but still cooler than the outside. Service is respectful and prompt. Room is spacious, beds are comfortable, many amenities are provided, bathrooms are excellent. I have no complaints and no desire to look for any.
