Terrific hotel, excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and good bed. Nice bar and good restaurant. Will definitely come here again!

The Hotel is good. Staff is attentive, Dinner agreeable and the rooms are not too badly refrigerated. The main feature is the neighborhood to the city terminal that gets you to all airports. Running is best along the riverbanks.

Wonderful hotel and amazing staff. We stayed on the 16th executive floor and enjoyed the great breakfast for the length of our stay. Everything always tasted above my expectations and the staff was very kind. Our hotel room itself had a great view facing Odaiba. It was quiet and everything was very clean. The bathrooms were very large and the shower with a separate bath was perfect! Loved that the location near T-CAT provided easy access to the subway in the basement and use of the limousine bus makes it quick to get to from Haneda Airport. Our amazing experience has made this hotel the hotel that we will continue to use for the future! We love the Royal Park Hotel and all of it's staff!!

Excellent service, good rooms (renovated) with views and the staff is extremely courteous. The location is also very good and is well connected with both the business and leisure related destinations!
