Room was small but that wasn't a big deal. It was clean and modern. The staff was extremely friendly and spoke English quite well. Lots of places to explore and eat nearby.

The room was a comfortable size for two. The staff are very pleasant and the front desk has English speaking employees to assist us, as I'm sure they provide as many language speaking employees as possible. They also provide a tasty breakfast buffet as well as delicious dinner options. We would definitely use this hotel again for it's services in the future.

October 29 was raining all day due to approaching Typhoon. We were wet because of a long walk to the hotel. We arrived at this hotel just before 12:00, when Receptionist did not allowed us to the room, so we asked her to keep our baggage till we returned.

After we arrived at the Hotel after 4pm, we found they did not bring our baggage into the room, rather, we had to carry them by ourselves.

We visited Club Lounge on the 13th floor where only a few drinks and just a little bit snacks were served.
It showed “happy hour” between 5 pm to 7 pm while however nothing “happy” was served except a few drinks including red wine AFTER 5:30, so, Club Lounge did not pay at all.
Room was a bit small, but chic and comfortable which wins two stars in my opinion.
Amenity goods in the room is nice and Tea server set is also a high taste which adds another star.
Breakfast was better than expected.

Although hospitality at Reception was a bit below standard, overall impression is fairly good, however, we may not visit this hotel again.

Nice, clean, and a lovely staff. Just realize the regular size rooms are JUST for sleeping. If you were planning on sharing a one bedroom with someone to make it cheaper and they were going to sleep on the floor, that ain't happening. When coming from overseas with giant bags, it's very hard to maneuver around. All of our pillows were feather as well. Which were not comfy. But we were tired enough we got over it. The only English channel is CNN and listening to all the negative news before bed is not pleasant. Video on demand had English movies but the minimum amount you can spend is $10. Movies have a volume control so you can't make it loud enough to actually enjoy it. We brought a laptop and watched TV that way. Hotel breakfast was not worth fighting the VERY large crowd right as the buffet opened. People got impatient and would cut in front of us for certain dishes, making our wait longer. Not a lot of standing room, you are elbow to elbow. Space was the main issue but otherwise we enjoyed our stay! It's in a great location!

Overall the hotel is not that bad, friendly people, clean, quiet, etc.

However, the pictures on the booking website are extremely misleading. Make sure you really look at the title of the picture and the corresponding room type. Would have gladly payed more if I knew I'd be staying in a hamster cage for 3 days... A very convenient and clean one though.

Also, they have a great rooftop bar. Sadly hotel guests are asked to pay a cover charge and for some reason they're not open for lunch...
