Stayed for 3 nights, staff very helpful and kind. Had 2 rooms for 6 guests, both spacious, clean and comfortable. Shops and subway all very close, a lot to see and do near by. Free coffee in reception, 7-Eleven close by has an international ATM. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We booked 2 rooms in this hotel: 1 standard & 1 family suite. The standard room is very spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo.The family suite is composed of 3 bedrooms, which is a pleasant surprise as it has been finished to a very good standard (around 85 sqm).
Our experience with this hotel has been great! The staff are very courteous and even though they do not speak English, they went the extra mile to serve our requirements (shipping our luggages to Kyoto).
I would definitely come back here. Thank you Shinjuku Urban Hotel and staff for a job well done!

The location of the hotel is very nice, as there are train stations and restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious, but are quite dated with exposed pipes and old furniture. Unfortunately, pictures of the rooms on online booking sites are not fully representative of the quality of the actual room.
