Nice hotel to stay. Rooms are bigger than advertised so we were surprised given that it's a hotel near downtown Shinjuku. The buffet breakfast that was included in our accommodation is pretty decent as well.

Pretty good place. Meets all the basic requirements of a tourist hotel. My only complain is the phone is outside the hallway.

The location was a little tricky - narrow alleys leading to the hotel but it was conveniently located. The room was exactly what we needed, nothing extra, and the service was great. Laundry on the 2nd floor. Breakfast every morning and it was very filling!

Quite a small room compared to the others I have visited, and the hotel itself is pretty small in size. Service was straightforward with zero frills. The onsen is small but gets the job done for the sake of a hot spring. The breakfast wasnt fancy but was tasty and plentiful. Two words. No Frills.

The hotel itself is awesome. It is near a train station and can access the rest of Tokyo easily. I am not a fan of the area it is in. Near the red light district, the air outisde the hotel seemed a bit dirty and smelled of trash which was very off-putting when I first arrived. If you can deal with that though the hotel was very good and had a hardy breakfast to start the day.
