As a customer of more than 16 years with more than 200 stays and Parks card holder, I am still puzzled by the lack of flexibility when it comes to minimal service or adjustment requests.
I was given a supposed to be upgrade room, which turned out to be very old with mold in the bathroom and deteriorated furniture. At last, I got another room, but because it is claimed to be an "Art room", my benefits as a Parks member were void and I was refused 2 breakfast vouchers - something, which is anyway silly, as Parks members get benefits for 1, 2,3 or 7-night stay - I stayed 6 nights and was only entitled to get the benefit for a 3-night stay...
On top of that, I was charged 2 breakfasts on the Thursday 9th, although I only had a guest drinking 1 coffee. Impossible to prove the contrary at check-out...
And this time, the air conditioning of my room 3112 was having high variations cold/warm (temp. set at 20°c) during the night, giving me headaches.
Lot of smiles, but lack of efficiency.

Absolutely loved it. Make sure you stay at an artist room and ask for a good view. It is on the pricey side so you will need to keep that in mind. Location and accessibility are also great.

Ask for a room with a view when you book, it's worth the extra. Service is excellent and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Get the restaurant recommendations from reception, the concierge will phone bookings for you.
Metro station next door means you can explore the city from here very easily. Taxi rank front. Really glad we stayed here.

Had a great stay at the Park Hotel Tokyo. They took great care of us with great service. Food in the restaurants was wonderful as well. Only drawback was the times in between dining services. Felt they could have had better appetizer offerings in the afternoon as we often wanted to have snacks and drinks in the afternoon after a day of touring but before heading back out for dinner. Selection was limited. I know my group of six would have spent more money at the hotel if they had provided a wider range of choices between the lunch and dinner services. Otherwise everything was great!

The staff welcomed us and saw to all our needs. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we could need or want. The restaurants had such delicious food whether French or Japanese that we didn’t want to go anywhere else. The service was excellent.
