We've practiced Bikram all over the world and this studio ranks easily amongst the best. Mats and towels are included in the price of every class. Spacious studio, friendly teachers, and six classes offered daily. Drop-in price around ¥4000, though their unlimited membership is only ¥16,000/ month or ¥21,000/ month, depending upon your residency status.

Loved this places, the trainers are good , the language in class is Japanese , but as long as you know Bikram and different poses you should be able to manage the session. I would recommend going atleast 15-20 mins before the class as there are many people and you might not get a good spot if you are not in front of the line . The teachers are good .I would recommend this place any day

Great studio easy to find. You will see the Small Bikram sign outside. I worked with my hotel concierge to call and reserve me a spot. I recommend this as the class was full. Heating and humidity was great. They rent towels & mats. For this American it was a real trip to practice with foreign language instruction.

Easily accessible from both the Ginza and Higashiginza Subway stations, this studio is located on the 11th floor of the Maruito Building III.
They will rent you everything - including practice shorts if you've forgotten, so if you're on a trip, feel free to show up unprepared.
