I went to lava yoga with my friend - we are Americans - and we were really excited to do some hot yoga in Ginza. Beyond excited, we were thrilled. We even registered beforehand online and presented our confirmation emails to them when we got there. They would not let us pay, they would let us enter, we are yogis. We even translated that if we were uncomfortable we would leave the room. Many people arrived after us and went in without any questioning. They would not let us in. I feel very discriminated. We really wish we could be in class right now And I don't understand why they would not let us.
To drown out our sorrows, we did the only thing we could do: the reverse hot yoga. We went to McDonald's and got two large fries and a double cheeseburger, along with a coke and some Japanese mustard. All I wanted was to do hot yoga, but instead, you made me do this. My body thanks you, but my heart hates you. Namaste.
