Luckily they were very polite to foreigner and all facilities were awesome. For tourists who is planning to stay nights in Ueno area and want to keep continue your work out plan while on traveling, I recommend you this place. It's literally 5mins walk from the Ueno station. To tell you about the price... I paid about 3000 yen ($30) for one day use which is quite expensive. But the price contained access to all facilities such as spa, swimming pool and work out gym. I'm not sure if I can just pay less and use partiqular facility though.

施設が古くなっており、清潔感があまり感じられず、いつも館内と至る所で設備の故障がありますが。こしょうしたせつびの修理をの平均してい一か月近くかるなど、店舗運営は信じられない低レベルです。

駅近で利便性は良い、前の方も記入されていたがフリーウェイトの場所が狭いのが難点。またフリーウェイトが一段下がった所にありやや隔絶されている為か、ほぼ毎日おっさん（ほとんど同一人物）の筋トレマンが奇声を発しながら分不相応の重さのウェイトを上げ下げしており非常に見苦しい！またそれに対してのスタッフからの注意もなく他のジムでは考えられない。スタッフは親切で丁寧で良いのだがこの点がマイナスポイント。

施設が充実していて、駅から非常に近いのでとても助かります。
ただフリーウエイトのコーナーがもう少し広ければいいなと思ったので☆4つです。
