I agree with the person who said the salsa was not very spicy, but that's the only negative.
We ordered the beef quesadillas and the chicken enchiladas, and both were excellent. The portions were also easily large enough for the two of us to split.
To drink I ordered the margarita yard which was quite large indeed, and my girlfriend had the berry quattro which was delicious.
For desert she had the chocolate cake, decent, and I had the banana chimichanga which I loved. The caramel sauce and real whipping cream were lovely.
5/5 will come again.

Decent for for a good price. Guacamole is prepared in front of you, very fresh & tasty. Bit difficult to find.

Great place! Good drinks, large portions, authentic salsa and chips (free first serving, ¥100 refills), and attentive waiting staff!

Good prices, freshly made tortillas, I just wish they had a little more spice on the food and in the salsa. Definitely good for a Mexican food fix in Tokyo.

There is a dinner set for two with a salad and fajitas and a small dessert. Had that with Amigo beer and it was just right. Had the guacamole before, which was great. The atmosphere was lively as usual with good service (except for the drunks next to us who were shouting loudly). El Torito is in the Odakyu Southern Tower, and has easy access to the JR Southern Terrace Exit of Shinjuku.
