I ended up in this place with no wait at 9:30a looking for breakfast because nothing else was open. Had no idea what it was. Only that it was ramen. Oh my god. Best bowl of tonkatsu I've ever had. I've been trying to get back to this place for 5 days now and it's always busy with a wait. If you can do so, WAIT for this place. It WILL be worth it.

Expect a bit of queue for this top notch ramen place located in a basement near Shinjuku station. It was raining while we were waiting but the staff brought us an umbrella, so nice! Upon entering, you pay using a vendor machine and proceed to specify how you want your dish served. Then, you are seated and hand over your tickets to a waitress only visible from about waist up, and 20 cm up. You cannot see her face as she delivers the food and drinks, but after she's done with that she takes a huge bow, before closing the blinds to the kitchen and letting you and your better half dine in peace. The ramen was super tasty, and the whole experience was great fun.

Delicious Ramen at a reasonable price. You can adjust the ramen to your liking and the place has a nice atmosphere. A big downside coming from the popularity of the place is the waiting time, which can take more than an hour but does seem worth it.

Store operates 24/7 and it serves a great bowl of ramen. Cost is a little pricey and there are often long queues but it's absolutely worth it. Restaurant design is also unique with it's private counter to eat, it's definitely worth checking out!

Amazing Ramen! Order from vending machine, fill out your preference sheet and your order is given through the window of your cubical. Half boiled egg is highly recommended to add. Napkins are located on the wall. Came back couple times while in Tokyo, too good!!
