If you like eating what looks like chum, go here. If you enjoy smelly fish that you'll keep burping up into the next day, go ahead. I ate mostly the dark red tuna, which was barely passable, but not before sampling some of the other stuff. My friend tried more of the salmon that looked like it was from a can that sat out half a day and he said his urine smelled like fish and still does. Nice, long walk to get there too. Invest in better stuff or just get some good ramen elsewhere for the same price.

Have only been to this shop for the sashimi buffet on Sunday afternoon. At 1100 yen, the one hour long buffet is not only cheapest place to have buffet in (probably) all of Tokyo, it is also amazingly delicious and fresh. With the Tsukiji market being closed on Sundays, this place is probably provides the freshest sushi in all of Tokyo.
Along with the wide varieties of fresh fish and seafood, varieties of miso soup and rice bowls are also available as a part of this buffet.
