Incredibly convenient for those who are living around Minami-Sunamachi, Nishi-Kasai, Kasai as this mall pretty much has everything that you need.
For those cyclists in the area, the Sports Depot possess a vast collection which would impress both commuters, beginners and professionals alike.
However, it is unlikely that you will find any staff members that speak English well enough to know the specifics of your request. Even a little bit of Japanese knowledge will carry you far, and make your visit to Sunamo better than not knowing Japanese at all.

Nice local shopping mall. Way enough place to park your bicycle. Close to the river. Clean and a nice variety of stores. Cainz Home on first floor with Aeon supermarket. Kaldi importshop for your international food, and more than 100 other shops. Toilets are clean. You can rent a stroller for your baby at the information desk! They often have events in the main hall as well. 3rd or 4th floor is full of restaurants as well.

This place is very good for shopping and leisure. The thing I like best here is the sport shop inside which have variety of thing with relatively reasonable price.
