Cool entrance design. Just another mall with a great selection of shops. Very busy area. An instagramable location.

This place has a fancy mirrors entrance you wont missed it. Housing severals Japan clothing brands if you want to check them out. If youre more into stationary there is a Tokyu Hands at the above floor or if you want to sit & enjoy a drink just head to any cafe. There is an open air section too. Quite nice, especially to watch when the day turn to night.

The food in Tokyu plaza i.e Tokyu Hands was great and staff are friendly and polite. Nice reflections at the entrance. Will visit again!

Nice clean and spacious shopping centre with a good mix of stores and food. Lovely open air green space on the 6th floor, with beautiful trees and a nice breeze. Starbucks available to those who'd like to enjoy the space with a drink or snack in hand. Love the mirrored entrance which makes it memorable! The Tokyu Hands ministore is lovely and of high quality.

Yes the rooftop is THE highlight besides the mirrored escalator entrance. If you are heading to the rooftop there's a side entrance with a lift that brings you all the way up instead of twisting round and round up each level with the escalator. The rooftop is great in the evening with the lighted city views below, breeze as well as the general vibe of the crowd spilling out from Starbucks. You'll catch a couple of the 'Harajuku girls' too as they take a breather from the parading. It's also a great place for tower watching within the vicinity. Admittedly there's not much to do for the guys below the viewing deck since it is very female focused.
