This veterinarian clinic is I think the best in Tokyo.
Surely you must wait for a while for your turn, but they never rush, they examine well and pay a lot of attention to your pet.
There is always a lot of people waiting, this show you, that they are great veterinarian doctor and nurses, all the staff are very professional and very kind.
People whom have been in many animal hospitals like us, when they find Garden Animal Hospital, do not look for a better place any more.
They deserve a big THANK YOU!

とにかく待つ。30分で入れたらラッキー。
1時間以上待ちは当たり前。
待合室も広くは無く、混んでたら
外で待たなくてはいけないので寒くて辛い。
女医さんはとても信頼出来る診察をしてくれるのでこれからも通いたいが、
こんなに待つのは毎回出来ないので
他の病院を検討中。
他の方も書いていたとおり、
受付のご年配のスタッフさんは接客レベルにムラがある。
お金を払って通っているのにタメ語で接客。
領収書を出して欲しいと言ったらとにかく嫌な顔ををされ、
出して欲しい理由を何度も聞かれました。
予約システムが無かったり、
オペレーションが不親切です。
女医さんの腕だけを頼りに通っています。
