It's a book & used item store. The top floor is for books, while the middle floor is for electronics and manga. The bottom floor is a high-end used clothing floor. Great place to visit, I did find a few good bargains there but it requires effort.

Huge store for sports goods, furniture and everything else. All 2nd hand. They also buy 2nd hand goods.
