Venue a little outdated, food came out quick - delicious high quality food. Service was poor, staff were not polite. Staff need to be shown reviews and it be explained how their front will change a customers whole experience.

Has got really expensive... many other much better value and better quality restaurants very close by...

We went here as part of the tennerfest (£15 each). The restaurant was not even half full yet service was extremely slow, after waiting 20 minutes we had to wave down one of the many people wandering around doing nothing to order. Time between courses was at least 30 minutes each time, all of which I could have overlooked if the food was good, but nope...
We went for the tennerfest menu, I noticed none of the items were on their normal menu which should have been a red flag.The portions were tiny, it's as if we ordered a children's meal. On top of this, the food was very average, a cheap microwave meal from a supermarket tastes better than any of the courses we had, something I wish we did instead!

Indoor/Outdoor restaurant and café 50 metres from Liberation Square. Usable for a good chunk of the year, the outdoor area has large parasols and many excellent patio heaters. Comfortable seats, reasonably spaced, it is easy to relax. Could not be more central in St Helier. Part of upscale Royal Yacht hotel, it functions as an independent venue also. Not cheap, but prices are not half as scary as Sirocco restaurant upstairs, though admittedly that one has views, the Zephyr does not. Large portions (or if you're American, average portions) and what I've had was pretty good. Writing this review from the place and, like Arnie, I'll be back.
