Clean place, polite staff, good waiting time - 3 mins.
Only downside was bratty kids riding in store on scooters. Am aware that staff can't do much about this :-)

You can't give this place any less than 5 stars; as KFC goes it's pretty standard. The place is generally clean and the food is as expected.

Good staff, clean facilities and very fast service. The best time to go there is before 3pm on weekdays, they might even have your order ready before you've finished paying
Weekends however are chaotic as it gets very busy, likely waiting times in excess of 20 minutes and seating will be limited. Best go for the takeaway option if you're desperate.

Went to KFC today in jersey CI only went there because my 5 year old granddaughter likes popcorn chicken. I am a chef of 40 + years and worked in all sorts of establishments. I know the food at KFC is not supposed to be 5 star, but this is supposed to be a fast food outlet with a supposed good reputation.
I now have nothing but contempt for this branch, as the service was beyond belief, it was atrocious. I waited about 40 minutes to be served. Whilst I waited my wife tried to get the table that the three of us sat at cleaned. This took nearly as long as it took me to get served. And when the girl did come and clean, it took 3 attempts to to get the girl to clean the table properly.
The counter server that I spoke to who's first language was not English could not understand fully what I had asked for this following having to wait 40 minutes to be served in the first place.
I also noted that there was several staff members in the rear of the serving and kitchen area who were stood around and did not appear to be doing anything constructive. There was absolutely no customer skills apparent no manners and no understanding of the job.
I think this establishment is a disgrace to the hospitality industry. I will never return to this place and I will always recommend others to go else where and to persuade others that this establishment is not the place to take a young family to.
