Worst experience ever with a car rental: they gave us a scratched car and said it’s just rubbing. The documentary (in Hebrew!!!!) was handed over after a long and exhausting discussion at all. Never ever again!!!

Generally a good experience. Fast pick up,
Dropping off the vechicle took bit more time (15-20 mins) than expected, but still, generally a good impression.

International renters should use caution when renting from Sixt in Israel. My international reservation clearly stated that I was entitled to 250 miles, however the Sixt central reservation desk in Israel refused to accept this and was only going to give me 250 kilometres until finally the reasonable woman at the local branch overruled the woman on the phone, who was being both rude and sarcastic throughout the call. On balance I would have to recommend another company in Eilat.
