The worst service ever!!
Took us an hour to get the car because the staff decided (in the middle of the pick up) to do "other things" instead of helping us in the long, long process
Ignorant staff. Almost hostile even though we behaved nice and treated them with respect.
Chose another company!

It took over 2 and a half hour to get a renstal car at Sixt in Eilat. The administration proces was 1 hour. Slower than slow.... After that no car. I asked separeted times where the car is. No... wait and he will come. Nothing. Finally someone waked up. Reason was a new employer. Sorry. I hoped Sixt was a Premium carrental. I was wrong. No Sixt anymore. Sorry. 1 star. No star was not possible.
