The place is quite busy so the lines are long enough to keep you waiting for a long time, otherwise the place is cool.

The shop is kept very tidy and well ventilated. What's more is that the nature of their organization right from the entrance is amazing. Moreover, the sales people are so friendly and helpful. Congrats Safaricom!
