Useless people with no common sense when it comes to customer service ! People please go airtel or another safaricom shop where they don’t have staff that treats long term customers as baboons !

The Safaricom shop has a lovely ambience,seats for customers,a ticketing system that enables you know exactly how long you will take to be assisted.The operating hours work very well for those who want to pop in after work...it closes at 8.00 pm.I quite liked the service,it was timely and friendly.

TOP Notch service-attendants,mmtsa!you'll be attended to in less than 15min.ambience,great-nice white leather seats to lounge while you chill to be served:very cosy!
