A modern Hotel with nice ambience and an amazing architectural design, 5 minutes drive to the CBD. Boasts of modern amenities including gym swimming pool and spa. Its located in Westlands Nairobi and has an international accolade for hosting dignitaries and high profile persons visiting the country. Is one of the bests hotels in Nairobi and is rated 5 star.

Lucca restaurant on the ground floor not to the standard. Being part of such a big name, the food was below average. Had pasta from the menu and I was disappointed. Many better Italian joints in Nairobi.

The Spa treatment that l had was awesome, the massage was my highlight of the day!!! One of the best l have experienced not to mention the buffet lunch, which had quite a variety! The staff as always, very professional and understand customer care. @Fiona Opati , thanks very much for the whole customer care experience, l will for sure be coming back next time I'm in KE.

The size of the room is not to the amount paid for. They need to pull up their socks. You can not run the Hotel on the international name and not deliver high standard service. Lunch at Italy restaurant served cold and Lambchops at the Arabic restaurant was not nice at all (we had two portions). Only enjoyed the coffee shop with great German cakes. Staff very inflexible to assist on requests.

On the up side, ambience and rooms were fantastic. The driver (Ben) we had from the hotel to the airport was very pleasant and helpful. Some of the hotel staff were very attentive and on point with their service.
On the downside, there were no pleasant views. I was either looking at traffic from the front of the hotel or at construction from the view from my room window. Internet connection was intermittent and hardly usable and the staff seemed to hardly know what to do about it.
