Recommended hotel ! Speak English ! Great ! However, window is not clear to see the view of Jeju. No good.

My first time staying at a Lotte hotel. The staff here were were welcoming and could speak English.
Stayed on the 17th floor with a great view of the airport and ocean but the windows were quite dirty.
There is a gym, sauna swimming pool and a laundry room for longer staying guests.
There is a restaurant on the top floor and a dutyfree mall next door.
The hotel is located downtown Jeju.
Overall very clean room with excellent customer service.
I would stay here again.
