The rooms were big and spacious food was also good the scenery was great as the hotel overlooked the sea

Very near to the Fashion Street & Dongmun Market (10 - 15 mins walk) from the hotel. Its also near Bada Janchi (Muslim friendly seafood restaurant) ie about 10 mins walk. Very near Olive Young & several cafes.

My family and I stayed at this hotel from July 23-26. I stayed in room 639. My family members and I had 4 rooms at this hotel. All 4 rooms smelt like urine. The air conditioning system was complicated; everything was written in Korean. I am fluent in Korean, but I found the remotes very troublesome. You had to use 2 different remotes to turn the air conditioning system on. I did not have any hot water the last two nights of my stay. I contacted the front desk the first night, and they sent maintenance to my room the next morning since that is what I requested. I had a Do Not Disturb sign on my door from the night before, but maintenance rang the doorbell and I let them in. They told me that the hot water was not working and they would send someone to fix it immediately. Two gentlemen came in and told me it would take about 10 minutes to repair. I asked them to wait just a few minutes so we could at least finish washing our face in the cold water before they started the repairs. They told me they would return in a couple minutes, and I told them that would be fine since I was heading out for the day. I came back later that night and there was no hot water. I complained to the front desk as I was checking out the next morning, and they said it was my fault for leaving the "Do Not Disturb Sign" on the door. I told them I had left the sign on so that house keeping knew that I did not need my room serviced. I had already spoken to the repair men that morning so I did not think that I needed to remove the sign. The repairmen did not say that I should move the sign as I was leaving the room. I expressed frustration in a calm manner. The manager rudely ignored me, and did not seem to care. I told them that it would be been nice if the repairmen could have left a note or memo stating that they did not make repairs due to the sign. I did not get an apology from anyone in regards to the hot water, and was disregarded as a piece of trash. I did not yell or make a scene, but customer service sucks.
The rooms are not as they seem in the pictures. The hallways are stuffy and hot. The staff at the breakfast buffet is friendly, but the food is horrible. Do not spend your money here. Find another place!

Love the stays over here. Great view just located at the sea side. Very close to a few eatariea and walking distance to shoppig street. The room is huge and clean and good! There is floor heating and thats really important for a winter visit to Jeju.
