The staff here is very friendly!! I went here to get my implants looked at and the doctor and staff did a great job explaining things to me and making sure that I was comfortable. The previous dentist I went to put a hole in my lip and tried to cover it up. I had a really bad experience and a bit of anxiety left over but this staff did a wonderful job and I am glad that my friend recommended this clinic to me. I fly to Korea for all my dental work and I plan to make this place my permanent clinic!

I have gone to this dental clinic since 2014. Dr. Choi and staff have been very good to me. They do not recommend unnecessary treatments and explain things in detail. I have many experiences at different clinics and the staff here are very honest and straightforward. I recommend this place to everyone. The are always flexible and willing to work with my schedule.

When you first go here you feel impressed by the atmosphere and elegant decor. Do not be fooled. The translator was decent but she acted as if translating to me was a burden. Also some of the other staff are aloof and they are no friendly or polite like at other dentist offices. Again I want to express my disappointment with the translator. I do not know why people rave about her in their reviews. During the conversation the doctor was speaking and i understood some of it. I tried to get her attention to tell her I have had braces before and she told me exactly this "please be quiet and wait". Excuse me?
Next, I am very disappointed in the head doctor. He never tried to conversate with me even once. Never even greeted me when he entered the room. Just started looking at my teeth. I have lived in korea for four years so my understanding of korean is intermediate. I was shocked when he told the nurse "we should shave down her teeth. She has rabbit teeth". And everyone smiled and looked at me sheepishly wondering if i understood.
Last but not least, they tried to pressure me into getting braces all over again as well as veneers. Total cost would be more than 3 gran. By pressure I mean they asked me every appointment about the high cost procedure. Do not go here. They are not professional. They are not kind.
