they did not provide basic necessities including iron board and iron and toothpaste. i was very surprised by the lack of amenities, as i frequently travel around the globe with lower-grade hotels providing most of these without a question. please work towards treating all your guests with respect and meeting their basic needs... it is such a shame for the hotel to be located in the middle of seoul and lacking all the basics!

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Stayed here during a trip to visit friends in Seoul. A beautiful view of the River and close to transportation. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Some rooms are far from being four stars. Location is very good for morning jogging over the 1km bridge.

One of the worst hotels I've stayed in a while. The standard rooms should be avoided, because they're very outdated, including stained carpet. The beds weren't comfortable, and there was no real HVAC, just a fan control. The breakfast is OK, but nothing is particularly good.
The location is nice and it is clean, so it's not all bad. If it was listed as a 2 star hotel, I would have few complaints.
