Location is fantastic. Rooms really need a makeover. Electric sockets are hidden under the desk across the room. Bring plug adapter for the practically unused plug type outside of Korea.

Very good hotel. Sort of like Marriott. Nice, business like. Rooms are average sized. Good fo business travel.

The location is great. We were just in Seoul for the weekend to run errands at our embassies, and Koreana Hotel is right near Seoul City Hall, the UK Embassy and the US Embassy, among others. Plus, it's within easy walking distance from Myeongdong, a huge shopping complex. However, the room we were in was a bit run down, and we did find a big bug in our room on Saturday evening after we returned for the night.

Recently renovated. Team is very helpful. Perfect location for exploring the neighborhood. Would love to go back.

I would say this was definitely one of our better stays during our family vacations. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and spoke English, and the housekeeping was well. The room we had was amazing as well. Thank you!
