The hotel is not fancy, but it is clean and the area where it is located is very good to move around, eat and drink. It is located about 15 minutes walking time to Seoul Station.

Nice clean hotel with service minded staff. Near to Hamsan Hill Park and the shopping centre.

Location is good, down hill to arrive underground trains and easy connection to most tourists places.

Great place to stay on the cheap. It was just a few min from the Hoehyeon station exit 1, but it is on a slight hill so be ready for an incline. Rooms were much larger than expected with great accommodations. They served a nice simple breakfast in the morning of eggs, different cereal, toast, sausage, soup, grape and orange juice, and a few other small Korean dishes. Lots of choices for food right near the hotel, many open very late at night, bbo bbo chicken was incredible and right next to the station exit 1. Everything was very clean and house keeping came daily. Beds are a pretty stiff but it seems to be common in SK. Had wifi and LAN in room, cable TV, and AC. Staff was very friendly, spoke good English, and would go out of their way to help us any time we asked. As we were checking out it was raining and the manager/owner(?) offered to drive us to the station personally in a brand new Range Rover. Very happy with every bit of this hotel.
