They will take your drunk butt in when you are looking for a place to lay your head. They even went so far as to help me look for the phone that was lost when I fell. They are super sweet and super busy, but always a good default.

Took my boyfriend here hoping to show him a good korean jimjilbang. Overall dead place, but that's not what made this place bad.
The staff for the food place are extremely disrespectful (it was a married wife and man when I was here). Waited over 10 minutes for them to realize I was waiting for someone to buy snacks from and they didn't even bother to apologize. I bought 2 hard boiled eggs - which was way overpriced at 3000won for 3 to begin with - but we cracked them open to find a pungent smelling, rubbery egg. The smell was disgusting.. I took a small bite of it and instantly regretted it. I took it back to the staff to ask what was going on with these eggs and he got extremely defensive and started to say that we already ate it so why am I complaining? He then proceeded to tell me in anger to go take another 2 if I was so unsatisfied. Very uncalled for and very disrespectful.

Booked a double room for 2 nights and it had no window or bed linen. Just a desk and a flimsy door with a padlock. It was on the 4th floor with no elevator. Communal toilets are not clean. Me and my wife had to enter the building through different staircase. We left after 10 minutes to nearby hotel.
