Customer service definitely needs to be improved. I asked glass of water after I paid my bill and they brought me the second bill with 20% service fee added. That was so ridiculous.

Very good dishes, I've ordered the T-bone steak and it was great. Fast and kind service. Our waitress was working here for 6 years.

Execellent place in Bishkek. Came here for lunch. Great cocktails and kartofel fritters. Stafc was friendly. Kitchen service slow but bartender was quick to make drink. Definitely a must go to in Bishkek. For those who have not been to Bishkek, the service is slower than the States or Western Europe.

Such an upscale place now. We've been visiting the Navigator since 1999. Always a good place for safe, quality food for reasonable prices (for foreigners) The white fish was always my favourite... Still is!
