Provided wrong number to collect car. Ended up having to rent a different car on day. Refuse to give a refund. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT use this company. Book directly with car hire company instead. I was overcharged and have been emailing for 3 months with no reply. They add products (extra insurance which is useless) to your cart that you did not ask for then refuse to refund them. I ended up having to pay more for insurance when I was collecting the car anyway! I'm now being totally ignored. Terrible customer service!

Awful..... Sent me an email 23 hours previous to picking up car to say I needed €650 deposit... this was not mentioned on any paperwork or in their T&Cs.. . I did not have the money on my credit card so I HAD to cancel...I told them I didn't have it and now had no way of getting to my hotel... obviously I contacted them by email as the phone just rang and rang... great start to my holiday....
I have just been Informed they are keeping €50 as I cancelled less than 24 hours before pick up. IF I had been made aware of this sooner I would not have booked it. It seems like a scam... if I had hired a Merc it is €1200 deposit... I even paid for all the extra Insurance so god know why they want such a high deposit. They are not quick Iat giving your money back but very prompt in taking it... pay the extra and go with Hertz.....

Very friendly and helpful. At no point during pick up and drop off we're we rushed through. Even gave us some buckets and spades for the children left by another customer. Alamo was actually ran by enterprise cars at the airport aswell which was an added bonus as I have rented from them before

Do not use. Just book directly with car rental company.Customer serivce is terrible. I had a problem and needed to talk to someone in economy bookings. They never answer the phone it rings out or I was just left on hold. So I decided to email them. Two weeks after I sent the email I got a response from economy bookings to say they will try to answer my email within 28 days. Customer service is a joke. BOOK DIRECTLY
