Good place to get all sorts of things, from random pieces of junk to meat, veggies and alcohol. You can find pretty much everything here and the selection is better at other shops as well as the price is usually cheaper (souvenirs are definitely cheaper). And you can always negotiate on the price.

This is the place to buy your Latvian souvenirs.

Aparenttly one of the biggest markets in Europe. Wide selection of merchandise. Wonderful to wander through. Good bargains to be found.

Unique place to look around and large choice of different food and products. Personally liked the two Brewery bars with a good choice. Also purchased some snacks from the Gastronomy hall. You could see the history of the market and buildings.

Wonderful market both inside and outside stalls and shops. The produce of sale was high quality and low price. We wandered around for about and hour and had not seen everything but were exhausted. There are also stalls selling hand-knitted goods, jewellery etc, all at very reasonable prices. A must-see location when you visit Riga.

Real beauty of Riga. You can find anything here from food to clothes. Architecture of a gars is amazing and each of them has his own purpose. If you good or lucky, you can get a discount, negotiations are welcome, but they hard:)
