One month, four days, and hell lot of hours and stress to get 20min operation. Old chewing gum on the beds. Mixed info from staff. No No No!
Day 1: three people give mixed info just for booking a time. Confirmed the booking and required papers and left.
One month later for operation day, call it 2.day.
Operation time 08:00 - two doctors and one nurse says they don't know anything about my appointment and i have to wait (in their native language). Waited two and a half hour before a english speaking doctor came, ultrasound scanning machine broke down and after being asked to wait they rejected me and said i needed more papers, bloodtest and should come back later same day with the things and get the operation, plus the price suddenly changed to more expensive for same procedure. I ran around all day, got everything ready and back n the hospital at 16:00... They said: we are closed, you can wait one more month for an new appointment. I cried bc one month later it would be to late for this operation bc of psysical complications.
Next day, day 3:
I get help from a translator, go to complain about the lack of service, poor treatment, change of price from when my translator ask to when i am alone and ask. Long time and stress, we finally get a sooner appointment.
Day 4, one week later. Operation day.
Agreed Operation time 08:30.
Native speaking doctor lady sees me and says with a bad tone "oh it is you, wait here" (anotheran waiting with me also thought the tone was very rude) two hours goes by and i am veing ignore by the doctor.
After waiting three hours total i ask when i will get in. They say "oh we didn't put you in the system yet"......
Well let's do it then. We do it and i get a room.
4 hours i wait in the five bedroom patients room, with no heat on, and with hospital clothes that are broken (so cant close the undergarments, only the robe) and old chewing gum stuck on a lot of the beds.
7 hours passed from beginning before i finally get the operation.
After that i wait two hours before i go home. Only once a nurse check up one to see if i can walk normal and therefore go home.
My boyfriend had to walk around the hospital to find a nurse and ask for some water for me. And after the two hours the hospital os closed for the day, but no one remembers i was im there. We found a nurse finishing up, amd she says "oh you are still here, i didnt know"..... That said - they had asked us to wait for the doctor for one more hour, but the doctor had gone home.
The nurse apologized, gave us my things and we left.
9 hours it took before we got to go home!
Very very unhappy with their patient service!!!!!!!
