There is a vast friendly staff who is willing to advise you. There are many classes to suit you fitness needs. The locker rooms are available and come in two sizes. Shoe size and bag size. They also offer supplements for purchase.

It's a decent gym that has all the basic free and machine weights you need. Though at times it can become a bit cramped. Lots of aerobics classes

Very nice place, medium sized weight room and gym for group courses. Competent and willing trainers, clean locker room and convenient working hours. Flexible monthly subscription options.
