Slow processing, car had a punctured tire which they replaced with the spare and they were trying to give us the car without a spare tire

Europcar worked perfectly.
Advise for travellers:
Malaysian truck drivers goes very slow and the road curves alot. You would do wise to get a car with manual gear and more horse powers. Otherwise you will find yourself 60km/h behind a truck for long distances..
