Reserved in advance and the collection was quite fast and straightforward but the car itself wasn't very good. The alarm for the passenger door lock kept going off and the car battery went flat 2 minutes after the first stop. There didn't seem to be many car options at this branch. Although the car was disappointing, the service was good and the drop off process was very easy and professional.

We had a pleasant experience. On 14 Oct 2017 our flight was delayed, and landed at Penang International Airport (PIA) 2 hours late. I was pleasantly surprised when one Cik Fauziah contacted me on my mobile phone the moment I stepped out of the aircraft and was told to meet her at the Paradise Car Rental counter within the airport. The red tape and payment was very efficiently done and completed in a short while after which Cik Fauziah led us to the car which was parked right in front of the airport to inspect and hand over. We were given an almost brand new car (Proton Saga) which had only clocked about 10,000km. The car was in perfect condition and still had the brand new car smell!!
On 18 Oct 2017 we contacted Cik Fauziah shortly before we arrived at PIA and she was there waiting for us in front of the airport when we arrived, and handed over the car to her after a quick inspection. Cik Fauziah had the presence of mind to check in between the folds of the cushion and the glove compartment to make sure that we had not left behind our mobile phones or wallet which might have fallen out of our pockets.
We are very satisfied with the pleasant experience with Paradise Car Rental and we would like to thank Cik Fauziah for the efficient and extremely courteous services she rendered to us. We would definitely hire their cars again in the future and also recommend them to others.

First time we booked online
with Paradise car rental any everything went easily- not much of paper works The car was ready when we arrived. car was clean and in good shape.
the rental office was close to our hotel very continence. Staff were professional and fast.- They helped us to find out the roads and places
and solved several problems we had.
we booked the car for 5 days and we requested to rent for more 4 days.and they help us to do the extension and paper works.
and also we requested to have sim card and they provide us local sim card maxis we needed for google map and they activated for us.
very satisfied and highly recommended Paradise car rental. Thank you.

The car I booked was not back from its prior rental so I was offered a smaller car which I did not want. I was told it would be ready the next day. I called the next day. Car was available but one tire was almost bald. They could not find a tire open tire shop on Sunday. Wait another day and get another car. This one had big crack in windscreen and problem with battery. Go to shop to get new battery. Took 3 hours as they went to low cost shop which did not have battery so needed to go and find one. Now car was ready. Wrote on agreement that window was cracked and went on my holiday. Dont use them.
