Review is about the hotel office block. Convenient location, being situated right next to the chow kit monorail station. A bonus is the many free busses that pass in front of the hotel. They take you directly into the major tourist districts of Kuala Lumpur like Bukit Bintang and KLCC.

A nice place to stay during vacations...... The view from the building is awesome... Located in the heart of the city... KUALALUMPUR... Lovely rooms...

Had to change rooms 3 times in my 4-week stay. Restaurants are not clean and do not serve choices. TVs are old and need replacement. Not all lights worked in all 3 rooms. Control panels did not work in either of the rooms. AC temp control did not work in either of the rooms. Room service is bad. They did not bother to supply toiletries unless asked for. Dusty rooms caused health issues for my friends (staying separately). Finally all of us (6 friends) decided to move to other hotels, however I compromised with the quality and continued here for a month.

Posh, grand, big and disabled-friendly. The tallest hotel in Malaysia. Room views are fantastic, beautiful with the Petronas Twin Towers as the backdrop. The room that I occupied is comfortable, clean and spacious. Amenities like hair-dryer, ironing board and iron, clothes hangers and TV are provided. Friendly staff.

The staff was good and kind. The breakfast was very delicious. Our room had a beautiful view and we could see Petronus Tower from its windows. The was very good. It was near a monorail station and bus station.
The only bad thing was the air conditioner. Although we turn off it have felt too cold. We wear many cloths for sleeping.
