Book online if u want in good price. Cash booking too costly . Hotel rooms are good. Cleanliness also acceptable.

Staff friendly, room ok, moderate clean. Air-conditioning not cool as well as the heater not hot. Suggested if for transit one night stay is ok, not for long stay. But the location really convenience for food hunter, just opposite the Alor street food and close to train station and shopping mall.

There is cockroach walking around in the room and toilet. The staff simply open my door the HELP A GUEST TO CHECK THEIR ROOM while I m still inside the room. The staff explain that he is helping an old Aunty to look for her room. If I m not in the room who will be responsible for my lost! Worse experience I had been.

the rooms aren't too spacious, it's quite old & has stains. There's a hole on the bathroom's ceiling. But overall both the room & the bathroom are VERY CLEAN & VERY NEAT. Plus the service is quite good too. Some said that the wifi was bad, but I managed to download 6,5GB in under 4 hours. That's something. And the last, it's in Bukit Bintang where we can find almost anything including food in Alor Street nearby & very close to the Bukit Bintang monorail station

I stayed 3 nights & 4 days here with my wife & two kids.I took family deluxe room. Room was not that spacious but it was neat & clean.Regular house keeping was made. shopping malls were very near by, mono rail station is just 2 mins walking distance,all sorts of restaurants with food facilities aval here. By walking 2 mins u may reach Jalan Alor where street foods are available. I found out only one problem ............due to the sound of traffic & ppl u might have sleeping prob. Other than that....................its okey .
I was little bit worried about the bed bugs as i found out in the review while reading. But i could not find any :-)
