Plenty of paid parking area. Hotel is surrounded with places for eat. Definitely great for short stay in KL.

The room smells, and the lift is very troublesome when there is a huge group waiting to get on.
Only 1 lift go down to the basement parking 😒

Not punctual!
1) Come to check in at 2pm
Need to wait until 2.30pm
2) Come for breakfast at 6.30am
7am food still not ready
Bathroom is worst!

Foods are good, rooms need improvement asap, lifts are slow but staffs are friendly. Thumbs up for the chef. Our dinner, breakfast and lunch are satisfying

The location of this hotel is within the right place ie. The Golden Triangles of KL City-Centre area....great food station....great ambience and great scenarios....
