Time to time the reception people are very rude and they ignore our requests. we arrived to hotel at 1.25PM to check-in at 2PM, but we got our rooms at 4PM. Triple bedroom had room space of a double bedroom.

The service of the hotel is comparatively good. The place is also near to the favorite shopping complexes in Kuala Lumpur. Traveling is more easy from here to everywhere. In case there are few hospitals around the hotel if you need any hospital facilities.

Standard budget hotel. The room is decent for the price. Small but clean. The wifi sucks. Best thing about the hotel is the location. Walking distance to main areas filled with bars and restaurants. Short walk to the train and about a 20 minute walk to the twin towers

I have never been to a jail any where in the world. I think it will resemble this room. Top comedy is that they have fixed a window like think in the room. Funny.
But the boys are good . They have given good service.
One star for their budget price. In front of bus stand and not far away from shopping malls.

Overall Appearance seems to be good. Nice location, just beside main street. Average hotel with basic Facilities. Big Lobby, double lift running fulltime, Coffee maker and hair dryer availability. Hot water sometime works. Found problem with Room Card. It didn't worked for one of my room. But, they fixed it. Again, they are very professional, that after just 12pm you cannot get access to the room (logical). The only thing I found, the reception is not friendly. They never bother that a gust is asking something as help. It seems like they're not hearing at all. You keep waiting but if you ask then you will get no reply or sometimes they even do not bother to look at you. May be the guest flow is good enough to be more polite. The photos are taken a bit late. But, initially the room was well groomed. So don't get confused.
