Great location to get to bus and train tp anywhere around the city.
But facilities are not good. We did not have any shampoo, body gel..... inside the room.

The location of the signature hotel Brookfield is strategic as it is walkable to kl sentral which as the transportation hub for the KL city, and it can be accessible by MRT, KL monorail, buses, LRT and KTM.

Had bad experience with double room.
Stayed here for 8 days. Poor wifi. No window. Strange sound comes 24/7 and it increases with water usage. Some kind of plumbing issue. Pillows are like a stone bed. Pls avoid and look out for some other budget hotels.

I stay 5 days in this hotel with my family. My family liked this hotel room & washroom, are very clean , caprative staff. Our family members also decide next time in future we stay here.

The staff was very nice and hospitable, but cleaning was inconsistent. Would definitely stay here again in the future because I enjoyed my stay.
