Bad room service with dirty bed sheets. Bad location of reception in the midle of a low quality shopping mall.

Great location. But with small lobby, & not user-friendly design, as integrated with shop/mall-like building.

Good & nice place to stay. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly/helpful. Good location for food and shopping. Recomended. Two thumbs up.

Affordable, walking distance to monorail and free KL bus. Breakfast buffet of local foods and toast included. Duty manager available at front desk was helpful in organising Uber/grab but little tourist information available apart from a city map. Multilingual staff but English not difficult for many. Free Wi-Fi in hotel but not always good. Many shops in hotel complex and 7-Eleven on corner. Drink machine in comes useful. Rooms were respectable though a bit warn but for the price Better than backpackers.
