Great location, well maintained halls, lobby and room. A little pricy but worth it.

TOTALLY BAD EXPERIENCES. (Sept., 2017)
Hotel Management Services are really pathetic. Whatever we complained, staff showed they're worried but actually nothing happened even after several complains through out our stay.
Some were as; cockroaches and bugs found in the room; wash basin is stuck with dirt; there was no HOT WATER available in room; Internet signals were very pathetic & locked six hours before we checked out; All the Items found in the Breakfast are cold even milk for tea & coffee; some Medicines found in the FIRST-AID box were expired since 2015.
Rest of the things were cool.

Location is good. Reasonable hotel overall. Although the service was good overall, I wished to extend my stay for an extra night, and had initial trouble organising this with the staff.
