This company don't even deserve one star due to poor governance and not sure if the company has SOP or not .... If you claim 100%, they will offer you settlement of 16% .... If you don't agree, they will ask for proof of payment either by bank or credit card statement ..... What if you pay using legal tender of bnm I.e. cash .... I have 10 questions asked due to the poor performance .... but none of it is answered after 4 days.

Customer service don't pick up calls and it takes forever for them to send a simple car insurance quotation despite the numerous times of follow up calls!!

I usually don't like to leave negative comments and I always believe everyone is doing their best to provide a better quality service (especially in service line)
Unfortunately such a huge company is delivering such disappointment services. 1st of all doesn't allow my appointed agent to process whatever enquiry I needed. Secondly keep me waited 17mins + 8 mins in order for them to answer my call -- eventually still can not solve my problem.
I am not telling you how to deliver service to customer but I am just done enough with whatever you provided and I'll move on to a better one.
