I used to go to yoga in celebrity fitness not till my friend invited me over to Oscillation Yoga. Since then, I've learning and growing with Oscillation Yoga. Learning about my body weakness and limitation.
Teacher can be pushy, strongly encouraging to attend workshop and practicing at home. For this reason, I've been growing and am very glad with my improvement.
Good experience with this studio. And would recommend those who like to try out. Maybe harsh at first (demanding teacher). Over time you'll see yourself learning and improving.

Oscillation yoga has high quality teachers with a lot of experience. I see my body has changed after a couple of months already. They have a great Unlimited Pass I would reccomend.
If you start yoga here the teachers are going to check your body and give advise about what your body needs. There are different kinds of yoga styles that you can try.
My experience is that my body has become much stronger and flexible. I feel fresh and focussed after the class.
The yoga school is located at the Row where there are many nice coffee bars and restaurants to chill after the class.

Taken a few yoga sessions from Teacher Gwen. I have tight muscle and joints . I am still a beginner in yoga. After her session my bone loosen, core and flexibility increase. Thank you for the patience and time. Feeling content after the session. Great session in and variety of teachers in oscillation yoga .

not a nice studio or yoga style. poor scheduling and always blame to others.
